Hi, I’m Kim Spencer, REALTOR® with RE/MAX and the Brantley Team, proudly serving Canton, Van Zandt County, and communities throughout East Texas. Canton isn’t just where I work—it’s home. I was born and raised here, graduated from Canton High School, and have spent my life being part of this community. For the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and I truly believe local knowledge makes a difference. Real estate is about so much more than houses and land to me—it’s about people. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property you’ve loved for years, looking for acreage, or making a move to East Texas, my goal is to make the process as smooth, honest, and personal as possible. I believe in working hard, communicating with my clients, and being someone you can trust from our first conversation all the way to the closing table. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mom of two, volunteer basketball coach, and active member of the community I’m proud to call home. You’ll usually find me at a ball game, in a gym, supporting something local, or somewhere in East Texas showing property!
